Retail orders
We guarantee to ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Charges: First item $4.99 plus any additional item $0.99 per item
Wholesale (Bulk) orders
Shipments may take 3-4 weeks for shipping. Jewelsartisan.com is not responsible for country-specific VAT, duties, or any other taxes that can be incurred upon delivery.
Shipping Charges: Express shipping by the best shipping carrier. Charges vary according to weight and shipping address. Free shipping for orders $ 2500 or more.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you reflecting that your order has been shipped along with the tracking details. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door.
The following Reasons for the orders may be delayed :
